OTS 7on7 Liability Waiver and Consent
By initialing below, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the OTS 7on7 League, organized by Onslow Touchdown Showdown, and I assume full responsibility for my participation. I understand that participating in this league carries inherent risks of injury or damage, and by signing this waiver, I accept all such risks.
Waiver of Claims! hereby waive and release any and all claims for injuries, damages, or losses that I may incur, whether they are caused by negligence or otherwise, during my participation in the OTS 7on7 League, including any activities related to or associated with the league. I further release Onslow County, Onslow Touchdown Showdown, OTS 7on7 League, its staff, employees, volunteers, and agents, from any liability for any injury, damage, or loss that I may suffer.
Responsibility for Behavior and Property! agree to conduct myself in a responsible manner and follow all league rules, including those concerning safety, conduct, and sportsmanship. I also agree to reimburse the Onslow County, Onslow Touchdown Showdown, or the OTS 7on7 League for any damage to property or equipment for which I may be held responsible.
I understand that the Onslow Touchdown Showdown and OTS 7on7 League are not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of my personal belongings during any league activities.
Conduct Expectations! acknowledge that I am required to follow the league's rules and regulations, including but not limited to:
No fighting, unsportsmanlike conduct, or aggressive behavior.
No use of alcohol or illegal drugs.
I understand that any violation of these rules could result in personal or team banishment from the league and activities.
Acknowledgment of Risks! I am aware that football and related activities, such as the OTS 7on7 League, involve physical exertion and contact that can result in serious injury, including but not limited to concussions, fractures, strains, or sprains. I fully accept and assume all risks associated with participation, including those arising from the actions of others.
By signing this waiver, I acknowledge that I have read and understood its contents and agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
